Moving from simply publishing information to governance citizens can actually use. Built on the existing mayoral mailbox, repair-reporting system and open data — adding integration and follow-up, not starting from scratch.
This is a campaign website. The dashboard, participatory budgeting and citizens’ assemblies are policy plans and must proceed through formal procedures and budget processes.

規劃每人3,000元花蓮振興券，支持在地消費。
