A citizens’ assembly is not a one-off forum. At least one themed assembly every quarter: the agenda is published and questions are collected beforehand, discussion and a live stream are open on the day, and afterwards the promises and their deadlines go into the civic dashboard.

This is a floor, not a ceiling. Themes are set by the questions citizens submit, and every post-meeting promise lists a responsible unit and a tracking deadline.

The weakest link in any citizens’ assembly is “after”. Every promise therefore lists a responsible unit and a tracking deadline, and is placed in the civic dashboard so citizens can check back on what was delivered and what was not.
This page is a self-accountability framework published at the candidate stage. The responsible units and deadlines listed are plans for after taking office; actual delivery remains subject to budget procedures and applicable law.
