What this website is, what it is not, and which data we intend to cite. The scope comes first; sources come second.
This is a campaign website. All policy content describes the candidate’s proposals and plans; it is not a current service or live information of the Hualien City Office. Any proposal involving funding, statutory authority or inter-agency cooperation must proceed through budget procedures and applicable regulations.
Where this site shows a dashboard screen:This screen is a conceptual mock-up of the Hualien Civic Dashboard. It is not a live platform and contains no real-time data.
Requirement §2
Two layers: a campaign site is not the dashboard platform
The dashboard screens in the original presentation are conceptual mock-ups, not an existing system or live data. Citizens’ assemblies, publication deadlines for minutes and participatory budgeting are policy plans that must proceed through formal procedures and budget review. The website therefore has two layers.
