Every commitment has an owner and a deadline. This page lists what was promised, who owns it, by when, and where it stands — and keeps a record of changes.
This page is a self-accountability framework published at the candidate stage. The responsible units and deadlines listed are plans for after taking office; actual delivery remains subject to budget procedures and applicable law.

What this page tracks
Every commitment must answer four questions
The point of publishing is verifiability, not publicity. If one of these questions cannot be answered, the commitment is not really being tracked.
What was promised
Concrete content and a checkable target; no adjectives standing in for numbers.
Who owns it
The responsible unit, plus partner agencies when cooperation is required.
By when
A deadline or a cadence; when undecided, say which procedure is pending.
Where it stands
Current status and last update, with the reason for any change.

Major public works
Published progress, reasons for change, and acceptance status.
Policy KPIs
Updated quarterly, with the calculation method and data source.
Citizen reports
Average handling time and overdue cases published.
Meeting minutes
Published within 14 days as a rule, with tracked follow-ups.
Citizens’ assemblies
At least one per quarter; outcomes feed the tracker.
Participatory budgeting
Piloted and reviewed annually; costs and ownership published.
