How We Measure
Acceptance is not about how the website looks. It is about whether commitments are published, tracked and testable. These are six indicators anyone can tick off.
Launching a platform is not the same as finishing the work of governing.
This page is a self-accountability framework published at the candidate stage. The responsible units and deadlines listed are plans for after taking office; actual delivery remains subject to budget procedures and applicable law.

Six acceptance indicators
Each indicator has to answer three questions: who publishes it, how often it is updated, and where it can be checked.

Privacy & security
The limits of disclosure: what is published by law, what must be de-identified or restricted.
Quarterly updates
Policy KPIs are refreshed every quarter. When a target is missed we publish the reason and a recovery timeline instead of hiding the number.
